Our Story: Past, Present and Future
Welcome to
The Workstation
Founded in 1998 in St Albans, we noticed a shift, businesses were moving away from long-term leases, seeking flexible, all-inclusive office spaces. This insight led us to acquire Arquen House, a historic building that once housed architects and engineers, perfectly aligning with our backgrounds in surveying.
In 2004, we expanded to Censeo House, serving legal professionals, and have since grown into other regions across the South of England.
Looking ahead, our goal is to operate 30 business centres by 2030 while preserving a welcoming, community-focused environment in each location. Community is central to our mission, and we’re excited to continue serving a diverse range of local businesses as we grow.
